WELCOME TO THE SPECTRUM COMMUNITY SCHOOL PAC – https://spectrum.sd61.bc.ca/parent-info/pac-news/
The purpose of the Spectrum PAC is to assist parents and caregivers in accessing the K-12 public system to support their students in their educational experience. The PAC communicates with parents and caregivers to promote positive coordination between the home and school, and to improve the quality of education and well-being of students attending Spectrum Community School.
Helpful information is shared with parents and caregivers on the Spectrum PAC Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/862438615702219
Our PAC meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM in the library. All parents and caregivers are welcome to attend to hear about what’s happening in the school, to ask questions and to provide input. The principal provides a report at each meeting to update parents on school events and issues.
Our meeting dates for the 2024/25 school year are as follows: September 10, October 8, November 12, January 14, February 11, April 8, May 13 and June 10. The meeting on October 8 is our annual budget meeting at which time we will be voting on PAC spending for the school year. **No meeting in December or March**
