Members of the Philanthropy Club: the meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) is canceled due to the Halloween festivities. Please see Mr. Gordon sometime this week about t-shirt sizes so he can get them for you.

Grads: Lifetouch will be here November 1-10 taking Grad Photo’s.  You can book your appointment time online.  Links can be found on the grad resources pages of our website, or see Shauna in the office and she will help you book an appointment. You can do group photo’s but Lifetouch asks that you book these times in the evenings. Don’t leave this to the last minute or you might not get an appointment time.

Jr. Girls basketball tryouts will be Wednesday at 3:15 and Friday at 2:15. – Please see Mr. Westcott in Rm 320 if you cannot attend.

Jr. Boys basketball tryouts – Tuesday at 3:15 and Saturday at 12:00 noon

Report Card pick-up will be during break, lunch and afterschool only. Please do not request your report cards during class time.

Have you ever thought about a career in nursing? Have you heard the rumours that it takes several years on a wait list? Do you have questions about entrance requirements and courses you should be taking during high school or after high school? Come and listen to a presentation from a Camosun College expert and ask questions about the application process. They are accepting high school students if you meet the criteria and have your application complete in December of this year. Information meeting: Wednesday, November 8th 9:00 am – 9:50 am (Period 1). Come get your permission slip from Ms. Condie or Shauna in the CRC.

Attention all members of the Spectrum Aboriginal Drum Group: We are drumming this afternoon in period 3 with Sarah Rhude in room 301. Please come up to 301 right after the end of lunch bell. Anyone who is interested in joining the drum group, come see Emma Milliken or Paul Thomas in room 300/301. This drum group is open to anyone, no experience necessary.

Snr Boys’ Soccer have a very important Colonist Shield cup game today.  There is a very important meeting at lunch today in the old gym.  Kickoff is at 3.15pm not 3.30pm.

Soccer intramurals – it’s the Vicious and Delicious Vs. the Average Joes today at lunch in the old gym.
