Our 2024 Graduation Ceremony will happen in June at 5:00 pm at Farquhar Auditorium at the University of Victoria.  It will be approximately 2.5-3 hours in length.  Students are expected to attend school the following day.

REHEARSAL:  Graduates who are participating in the ceremony arrive for rehearsal at 8:30 am on the day of the ceremony.  All grads must stay until rehearsal ends (approximately 12:00pm).

Graduates will need to return to UVIC, wearing their cap and gown at 4:15 pm (for a photo and to prepare for the procession).  Cell phones, ear buds and other personal items should be left with guests or Spectrum Staff (when guests are not attending).

The graduate procession to begin the ceremony will start at 5:00pm.  Guests will take their seats at 4:30pm.  Late arrivals will be allowed entrance following the procession.

The event will be livestreamed.  The livestream link will be posted on the main page of Spectrum’s website a day prior to the ceremony.
